Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Synexo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Description of Services
Synexo provides managed IT services and compliance solutions specifically designed for healthcare providers in Singapore. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Healthcare Information Bill (HIB) compliance management
- Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) compliance support
- 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection
- IT infrastructure management and support
- Security awareness training
- Compliance assessments and reporting
Service Plans and Pricing
Our services are offered through various subscription plans. Pricing and features are detailed on our website and in individual service agreements. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant) eligibility and subsidy amounts are subject to government approval and policies. We assist with PSG applications but cannot guarantee approval.
Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
- Setup fees are due upon service commencement
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund of your monthly subscription fee. Setup fees are non-refundable after services have commenced.
Service Level Agreements
Response times and service levels vary by plan. Specific service level agreements (SLAs) are detailed in your service agreement. We commit to:
- Essential Plan: 4-hour response time during business hours
- Professional Plan: 2-hour response time during extended hours
- Complete Plan: 1-hour response time, 24/7
Client Responsibilities
To receive our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your clinic and IT systems
- Grant necessary access to systems for monitoring and maintenance
- Promptly report any security incidents or concerns
- Ensure staff complete required security awareness training
- Maintain updated contact information
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Synexo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law. Our confidentiality obligations are detailed in individual service agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synexo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synexo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate services immediately if you breach these terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred through the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
